SELN Recordings presents: Celebrating New Industrial

Industrial - a term so used over the past 50+ years it's (fortunately) practically lost all meaning! Therefore what better time to celebrate this wide-berth "definition" than now, and what better place than the United Kingdom (the home of misery, and the original "Industrial" tag). There has been a steady stream of producers and artists of late who have something extra, existing beyond the usual ecosystem and norms of music and creating something new [whether it be acid dub tek-no, neo-schranz or genres yet undefined]. This series aims to highlight these musical movements and give creedance to those artists paving a new path, alongside framing this current sound in the context of those who have paved the way...

Celebrating New Industrial is 2026 event series, spanning the bredth of the UK and coming to a grassroots music venue NEAR YOU. It is indeed a celebration in the purest form - international artists, local artists, and everything inbetween performing strong music live. This series is kindly supported by Arts Council England.
